Refunds & Returns
At Abdabs Furniture we take customer satisfaction seriously, whether you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, return an order as it doesn't suit your home or have experienced a problem here is how we can help.
You can cancel your order at anytime prior to the goods being dispatched and receive a full refund. If the goods have been dispatched the return courier costs will be deducted from your refund. Maximum cost of £50 per box.
If something goes wrong
We do our upmost to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event there is a problem with a product please contact us immediately after delivery so that we can arrange collection/replacement of the faulty goods or parts.
Do not attempt to assemble damaged flat packed furniture, we will arrange to get any damaged or missing parts out to you.
All damage claims must be supported by evidence in the form of digital photographs. Please fill out the damaged item form below or reply to your order confirmation email with details and photographs of the issue.
Decided to return your item?
If for you wish to return your purchase due to change of mind, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to notify us. And a further 14 days to return the order to us.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them, for flat packed items once assembly has been attempted you can not return the item unless a manufacturing fault is found. If any of the parts are damaged during assembly we can arrange to get replacement parts sent to you. Please ensure all products returned to us are adequately packaged and reasonable care taken of, we recommend using the original packaging.
You are liable for the costs of returning the product/s. You may arrange your own returns. If you prefer we can arrange collection for you. The collection costs will be agreed with you before the collection is booked in. We do not make a profit on collections and only charge you the cost to us. For us to collect, the product must be in its original packaging and available for collection within 14 days.
Refunds will be put back on to the card you paid with and processed once we have received the products back. If we collect the products from you the collection cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds may not show in your bank account straight away due to the clearing time it takes banks/PayPal to process the refund. Most refunds show within seven days.
