To ensure a full refund please ensure the item is kept in its original condition (this means unused and no assembly attempted) and packaged back up carefully to withstand the items return journey, to help you achieve this we recommend keeping the packaging and labels until you have decided to keep the item. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of mattresses once the packaging has been removed.
