During the Coronavirus situation deliveries will be made to your front door only. Drivers can not help you take orders into your property at this time. They will sign for orders on your behalf so that the delivery can take place whilst maintaining the two meter social distance rule.
Drivers will knock your front door to check you are home. Then step back two meters. Once they have seen you, they will sign for the order on your behalf and or take a photograph. They will then leave.
Delivery may take a couple of days longer than specified on the items product page during the Coronavirus situation. This is due to the extra pressure on delivery services at this time.
If you are replacing existing furniture please don't dispose of your current furniture until you have received the delivery, just in case your delivery is delayed by a couple of days.
Standard delivery time
Delivery timescales vary depending on the items purchased and your delivery address. All delivery times are displayed on each items product page, just below the add to basket button.
Delivery to Wales and England is free apart from (apart from the London congestion zone for some items, which have a congestion surcharge of £10 this is per order and not per item).
Some items have a delivery surcharge for delivery to Scotland. Please check the delivery tab on the items product page to see if the product has free delivery to Scotland or carries a surcharge. The surcharge is a one off charge no matter how many items you order.

We deliver to mainland UK only.
After you have placed your order you will be sent an order confirmation email.
For next day-select day deliveries, your delivery is expected to take place on the date that you select when you checkout. Deliveries to Scotland and remote areas may take longer. We advise customers to check the tracking information once the order has been despatched.
For items with longer delivery lead times. You will either be emailed, text or telephoned to inform you of the delivery date. The delivery companies we use include DPD, TNT, DX and furniture logistic companies. If the delivery date isn't suitable you will be able to arrange an alternative date.
Somebody will need to sign for your order.
Our products begin their journey to you up to 3 working days before the actual delivery day. If you have agreed the delivery day during checkout or with us or one of our delivery partners, once your order has begun its journey any amendments to the agreed delivery date may be subject to a £39 fee per box.
During busy periods delivery may be attempted without booking in. If nobody is home when delivery is attempted the driver may leave the items with and signed for by a neighbour. If this isn't possible a card will be left for you with instructions.
Please note that the products are only insured for delivery to your door, and does not extend to moving furniture up steps or inside the property. As a result, although friendly drivers will be of assistance wherever possible, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused. The majority of deliveries are one man deliveries, so please be aware that the driver may require assistance if access is difficult.
In order to keep product costs competitive we may deliver items on a pallet typically for larger orders, especially to outlying areas. Pallets are normally only delivered kerbside, please arrange for somebody to help you move the furniture inside.
Only a small number of orders are delivered by pallet, customers are advised in there order confirmation email if the order is being delivered by pallet.
Problems with Delivery
If you have experienced a problem with your delivery or need to rearrange your delivery day. Please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email or use the contact us form.
After the delivery, keep all of the packaging. Check the furniture is in perfect condition. If you have any concerns contact us immediately. Please note we do not remove or dispose of the packaging as part of the delivery service.
On rare occasions your delivery may be subject to change (for example in severe weather conditions). If this happens you will be contacted to agree a new delivery day.
