Usually delivered within 1 -3 working days. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

We do our upmost to ensure delivery takes place within the 3 working days. However very occasionally weather conditions or factors outside our, or the courier companies control may cause a slight delay.

Tracking information will be sent to you once your order is ready for despatch. You may be able to change the delivery date at this point by texting back if the date is not suitable for you.

Somebody will need to sign for your order. If nobody is available to accept the delivery the driver will leave a card for you. With details of where the item has been left (for example with a neighbour) or with information regarding re-delivery.

Refunds & Returns

If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase to us you have 14 days from the day of delivery no questions asked.  To ensure a full refund please ensure the item is kept in its original condition, this means unused, to help you achieve this we recommend keeping the packaging and labels until you have decided to keep the item.
