7 Day Money Back Guarantee

If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase to us you have 7 days from the day of delivery no questions asked.

Returned products must be in their original condition for a refund to be made. Please ensure all products returned to us are adequately packaged we recommend using the original packaging. Each package must be labelled and include your name, customer number and postal address.

You are liable for the costs of returning the product/s. You may arrange your own returns. If you prefer we can arrange collection for you. Furniture items typically costs £50 per item.

Refunds will be put back on to the card you paid with and processed once we have received the item. If we collect the item from you the collection cost will be deducted from the refund. The cost of the collection will be pre agreed with you.

If something goes wrong

We do our up most to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If there is a problem with a product please contact us immediately so that we can arrange collection/replacement of the faulty goods.

All damage claims must be supported by evidence in the form of digital photographs which you should email to customerservice@abdabsfurniture.co.uk.
