I'm ordering furniture and home furnishings will the products be delivered together?

No home furnishings will be dispatched to you within seven days of your order. You will be contacted by our courier for your furniture delivery to agree a day when you are in to receive the goods. All deliveries must be signed for.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery to England and Wales is free on all orders. We do charge a £40 surcharge for orders to Scotland to cover the increased delivery costs to us. This is a one off charge no matter how big your order is.

Where is my order?

Can I return goods ? 

Yes we offer a seven day money back guarantee provided that you comply with our terms and conditions.

How do refunds work ? 

If you have been issued a refund it will be put back on to the card you paid with.

How do I contact you ?

You can contact us by filling in the form on the contact us page. By emailing customerservices@abdabsfurniture.co.uk if you would prefer to speak to an advisor please fill out the contact us form and request a call back.

Are my card details safe?

Yes when you check out you choose PayPal, Nochex or Google Checkout. These are secure payments processed on the payment providers servers.

Abdabs Furniture and Furnishings never have access to your card details. To process your order we will have access to your address, email and telephone number. We will only ever use these details to process your order and they will never be used for unsolicited commercial reasons.

Nochex

If you choose Nochex to process the payment of your order. Your credit/debit card will be charged by Nochex. Nochex will appear on your credit/debit card statement.

Nochex has a maximum single transaction value of £500

Google Checkout makes online shopping quick and easy! Buy items from stores across the web, in just a few steps, without having to enter your billing and delivery information each time you shop online. 

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

All deliveries must be signed for, if you are out when we try to deliver we will not be able to leave your furniture. You will be contacted to arrange a further delivery date. If you have agreed the delivery day and are out when we try to deliver they may be an additional charge.

What happens if I have agreed a delivery day and I need to go out?

You can arrange for anyone over the age of 18 to be in your home to sign for your delivery. If something happens and you cannot arrange for someone to be in please contact us or our delivery partner immediately and we will try to re arrange the day for you. If your item/s have already been dispatched there may be an additional charge.
