We deliver to the mainland UK only
Information on delivery charges
Deliveries to England and Wales are free.
*Free Delivery excludes delivery to Scotland, a surcharge of £40 is payable due to the extra delivery costs to us. This is a one off charge no matter how many items you order.

Furniture
The expected delivery lead time for furniture is stated in the individual items description on our website.
The majority of orders are delivered within two weeks. After you have placed your order you will be sent an order confirmation email.
Once your order is ready for dispatch our delivery partner will contact you to agree the day for delivery. Somebody over the age of 18 will need to be in to sign for your order.
Please note that the products are only insured for delivery to your door, and does not extend to moving furniture up steps or inside the property. As a result, although friendly drivers will be of assistance wherever possible, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused. The majority of deliveries are one man delivers, so please be aware that the driver may require assistance if access is difficult.
In order to keep delivery costs competitive we may deliver items on a pallet typically for larger orders, especially to outlying areas. Pallets are normally only delivered kerbside, please arrange for somebody to help you move the furniture inside.
Only a small number of orders are delivered by pallet, customers are advised in there order confirmation email if there order is being delivered by pallet.
Home Furnishings
Home furnishings items in stock will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. We use Royal mail and parcel force to deliver items from our home furnishings collection. Bank holidays may extend the delivery time.
